![]() For reference, this LATE Seal as an outer diameter (OD) of 72mm whereas the EARLY Seal will have an OD of 70mm. If your VIN is from 8E-4-000-000 to 8E-4-163-755, please see the EARLY Crankshaft Seal which can be found in this same section. This is the LATE Crankshaft Seal for B6-B7 S4s with VINs from 8E-4-163-756 or higher. Here's a bit of a description from JHM's website : There was a VIN split on this part. I've checked my oil level quite often and it remains the same for a good 4000-5000 miles but I got this very very tiny oil leak thats starting to annoy me and I'm thinking its the front crankshaft seal that's leaking since I recently replaced my Valve cover gaskets about 2000 miles ago. I've had quite a bit of an oil leak that I've noticed over time, my car doesn't burn oil at least not that I can tell. ![]() I notice vibration when I rev the engine, I haven't driven it yet but is vibration suppose to be normal with the aftermarket snub mount? It was a pain, trying to put the radiator in service mode. Today, I went to replace my snub mount with the ECS one and my alternator belt. ![]()
